At Craftsmiths, we take pride in crafting products that are tailored to our customers’ needs. Due to the bespoke nature of our items, we are unable to offer refunds on custom designs. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with a custom design, these items can be returned for alterations to ensure they meet your expectations.
For non-custom designs without any alterations:

These items can be returned, provided they are in their original, undamaged condition.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, a refund will be processed promptly.
Please note:

Customers are responsible for covering the costs of returns, as we are a sole trader and unable to bear these expenses.

To protect our privacy, our address will not be displayed on the website. It will, however, be provided upon submitting a valid return request with your order number.

A return request must be raised within 30 calendar days of purchase. This can be done by contacting us at support@craftsmiths.co.uk or by raising a ticket directly on this website.
